As a full time real estate professional I have had some really tremendous experiences and some really close calls. Over the past four years we’ve rehabbed properties, purchased rentals, flipped contracts (wholesale), and negotiated short sales. Through the years we have become more creative and learned how to limit our risks.

Now that we’ve established a strong business I finally get to do what I love…share my experiences.

In the past year we’ve taught hundreds of Realtors about Foreclosures and Short Sales and I’ve found that I really enjoy sharing my experiences. That’s why we’ve expanded our seminars to teaching investment techniques and marketing.

I’ve been fortunate enough to get involved with The Investor Resource Center who has provided me with many opportunities to teach real estate investing.

I am excited to share my stories and thoughts. I’m also very interested in your comments, so please be sure to post them.
